- 2019: RS305 Pty Ltd was founded with a vision to provide quality fuel and convenience services.
- 2020: Acquired BP West Launceston and rebranded it as Shell West Launceston.
- 2021: Expanded with the acquisition of Buckland Store, broadening our presence in Tasmania.
- 2023: Added Tas Petroleum Wynyard and Shell Wodonga to our growing network.
- 2024: Future expansions with Ampol Colebrook and Shell Jindera (settlements pending).
